Hey, I’m Roman Naumiuk, REALTOR®—and a Journeyman Painter and Design Consultant with nearly 20 years of hands-on experience inside real homes.
Before real estate, I spent close to two decades working directly in residential trades. Day in and day out, I was on site refining finishes, solving problems, and learning how homes actually live—not just how they look in photos. That trade-first background shapes how I approach real estate today: practical, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world understanding.
I don’t just evaluate properties on paper. I see how light moves through a space, how layout impacts daily life, and how small design or renovation decisions can meaningfully affect both livability and long-term value. My background in interior design and visual planning allows me to help clients see beyond the surface—whether that’s identifying potential in a home they’re buying or making smart, focused decisions before selling.
Clarity is at the center of my work. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions people make, and my role is to reduce uncertainty. I help clients understand what matters, what doesn’t, and how to move forward with confidence—without pressure or unnecessary complexity.
Outside of real estate and design, life is full and active. I’m a husband to my wife Elis, and a proud dad to our two children. Family has a way of sharpening perspective, and it’s reinforced how important home truly is—not just as a structure, but as a foundation for daily life. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me playing hockey, golfing, training, riding motorcycles, or spending time with family.
This is where real estate meets real hands-on experience.
Clear guidance, thoughtful execution, and a genuine commitment to helping people feel confident in the place they call home.
